The Winter Land Training program is conducted to help rowers and coxswains get into shape. Winter Land Training begins December 1st and goes until mid-February, with a winter holiday break.

Workouts (running, weight training, calisthenics, and ergometer work) are conducted at Robinson. If weather permits, some training may take place outdoors.  Please bring appropriate outdoor clothing.

Rowers meet at the erg shed located at Middle School entrance #5 at the start of practice.

Saturdays: Morning runs at Burke Lake (meet at the Amphitheater at 9am)

Monday - Friday (at Robinson):
Indoor winter training in the main hallway at Robinson in front of the middle school locker bay by the "D" Wing
